I don’t have a species-only tank, and I wanted to know will the salt hurt my other fish? I have some Black & White Skirt Tetras, Serpae Tetras, and Platies. I also want to know how much salt I need to put per gallon. I have a 65 gallon tank.

All of your fish benefit from aquarium salt. Purchase it from your local aquarium supplier then follow instructions on the box for freshwater usage.
